We want you in the CSTHEA yearbook
As the school year begins, help us make the 2009 yearbook our best book yet.
The yearbook staff is already gearing up to produce the 2009 yearbook, which will be in full color.
Our theme will be announced in October. Mean while, we need everyone to schedule appointments with Tucker Photography at 490-4591. It may seem that the school year is just beginning, but we must meet certain publishing deadlines, so we are counting on you to schedule your portrait sessions during September.
Portraits
All portraits must be taken by Tucker Photography. Call 490-4591 to make an appointment. When your proofs are sent to you, you’ll tell Tucker which ones to send to the yearbook.
Deadline for portraits: October 31, 2008
Candids
We need lots of photos of field trips, special events, where you “school”, and any other activity that you’d like to share with us! Send as many as you want, any time you want, up until the deadline.
Submit your photos either by e-mail mcpclan@comcast.net or regular mail to the address below.
Please give the name and grade of each person in the photograph, and tell something about it (location, “birthday party”, activity, group, etc.).
If you have trouble sending multiple photos in one email, try sending one photo per email. For printed photos, please write your name, address, and phone number on the back, so that we can return them to you.
Deadline for candids: April 1. (But you have a better chance of getting your pictures in if you start early!)
Seniors
Get your senior portrait made at Tucker by October 31st. Fill out the Senior Information Form (print a copy at <www.mcpclan.us/yearbook>).
Optional: Parents may want to buy a Parental Display Ad (print an order form at <www.mcpclan.us/yearbook>).
Senior Special through Oct. 31st: ¼-page Parental Display Ad plus the yearbook for $95.
Deadline for senior paperwork: Jan. 31.
Student Questionnaire
Please have members of your family answer some or all of our student survey questions. Print a copy of the questionnaire at http://www.mcpclan.us/yearbook/.
Deadline for questionnaire: January 31, 2009
Buy A Yearbook
Cost is $40 per yearbook but you can save $4 by writing the code: OCTSPECIAL on your check made out to CSTHEA for $36.
