Aquarium plans homeschool day

Our Homeschool Day this fall will be on Monday, Jan. 26. We had over 798 home school participants in September, so make sure you mark your calendars for our fall exhibition.
We are still offering great discounts for admission to the Tennessee Aquarium, the IMAX Theater, and the gift shops in each facility (See special rates below). Free animal programs will be offered in the auditorium from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and special behind-the-scenes tours will be offered just for that day.
So don’t miss this special day of fellowship with other homeschool students and families. (To get your discounts, all you have to do is identify yourself as a homeschool parent.)

12:00 pm – Classroom Program (Pre- K to 1st grade)

1:00 pm – Behind the Scenes Tour “Build a Jelly” Auditorium Program (grades 3-5)
2:00 pm – “Stream Scene” Classroom

Homeschool students and parents will receive a 10% discount at the aquarium gift shops.
Members of the aquarium who are homeschool students or parents can receive a 20% discount on this day only. Tickets for a guided behind-thescenes tour will be available for $5 on this special day and must be purchased at the ticket office when you purchase your tickets for the Aquarium or IMAX. (These discounts are only offered during our homeschool day.)
