    • Time: 5-9 p.m.
    • Cost: $5 (this includes a simple meal)
    • Location: Stuart Heights Baptist Church, North Campus

Rules That Apply To Everyone

  • Must be a homeschooler.
  • Good conduct will be expected.
  • Must have one signed release form per person for each activity. The childʼs parent must sign the form. No exceptions will be permitted! Release forms can be accessed from the CSTHEA website: (www.csthea.org). Go to the Events & Activities menu there, and click on Release Forms. Print out the release form(s) and fill out the form with the name of the activity, the childʼs name, the date, and have a parent sign it. Bring the release form to the activity. As a convenience to parents, release forms will always be available at the activity in the event you were to leave your form at home.

Please Note: If you are carpooling to the event, make sure that each and every child in your car has a signed release form from their parent. It is the responsibility of the parent to exchange these release forms at the time they pick up the children. In the event that you were to arrive with a child without a release form, please do not bring the child into the activity. Asking for an exception for that child makes for an awkward situation and causes undue stress upon those who are collecting the forms.
