If you need to make several copies of the release form, you may find the “two-up” format (two on one page) more convenient for printing off in “landscape” orientation and cutting in half.

The Cornerstone Yearbook
The Cornerstone Yearbook is CSTHEA-sponsored and is for every homeschool family and student. This is not a profit-making business for any family. The yearbook is for every student and family who wishes to participate and features all children from kindergarten even to seniors. The book is produced by homeschooled high school students who earn a credit in journalism. Don't be left out — get involved and help us make special school year memories for your child.
