Our staff is making great progess on the 2009 yearbook. We have a record number of seniors in our senior section, and our pages are overflowing with pictures of homeschoolers from preschool through high school. The yearbook will be in full color and will feature sections for academics and activities, as well as surveys from homeschoolers.

Our theme is “Play on Words” and we think you will enjoy the many literary allusions and twists that our staff has discovered. Last year our yearbook sold out, so be sure to order your yearbook by March 17. Send your $40 check made out to CSTHEA to Cornerstone Yearbook, c/o The McPhersons, 357 Magnolia Vale Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37419. (A few yearbooks will be available at the Homeschool Expo, but will cost $45.) If you have not submitted candid photos of your students, please send them by March 17 to mcpclan@comcast.net. Portraits

All portraits must be taken by Tucker Photography. Call 490-4591 to make an appointment. When your proofs are sent to you, you’ll tell Tucker which ones to send to the yearbook.

Deadline for portraits: October 31, 2008

Candids

We need lots of photos of field trips, special events, where you “school”, and any other activity that you’d like to share with us! Send as many as you want, any time you want, up until the deadline.

Submit your photos either by e-mail mcpclan@comcast.net or regular mail to the address below.

Please give the name and grade of each person in the photograph, and tell something about it (location, “birthday party”, activity, group, etc.).

If you have trouble sending multiple photos in one email, try sending one photo per email. For printed photos, please write your name, address, and phone number on the back, so that we can return them to you.

Deadline for candids: April 1. (But you have a better chance of getting your pictures in if you start early!)

Seniors

Get your senior portrait made at Tucker by October 31st. Fill out the Senior Information Form (print a copy at <www.mcpclan.us/yearbook>).

Optional: Parents may want to buy a Parental Display Ad (print an order form at <www.mcpclan.us/yearbook>).

Senior Special through Oct. 31st: ¼-page Parental Display Ad plus the yearbook for $95.
